SHIPPING
$20 FLAT RATE SHIPPING WITHIN BRITISH COLUMBIA
$25 SHIPPING TO ALL OTHER CANADIAN PROVINCES/TERRITORIES
Dandy Lines currently only ships within Canada via Canada Post. All orders are packaged and shipped from our lovely shoppe in Prince George, British Columbia.
All shipping orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the confirmed order (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed and shipped, we will send you an email confirmation along with the tracking information. Delivery times can vary due to situations out of our hands (weather, busy seasons, etc.) and we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.
IN STORE PICK UP
Store Pick Up orders are usually processed within 24 Hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is ready for you to collect, we will send an email stating that your order has been “fulfilled” and you can make your way down to our shoppe at your earliest convenience! ONLINE RETURN POLICY
As our online return process is not automated, please email info@dandylines.ca to request a return. Once a return is approved, we will provide you with next steps to follow.
Items must be returned in their original condition, and the request must be submitted within 48 hours after receiving your order.
Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Dandy Lines is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the returned item is damaged in transit.

We hope you love your purchase but in the event it is not suitable please respect our return & exchange policy. Please note: your purchase or gift receipt must be presented for ALL returns and exchanges.
CLOTHING, JEWELRY, FASHION ACCESSORIES, AND LINEN BEDDING ARE ELIGIBLE FOR IN STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE. ALL TAGS MUST STILL BE ATTACHED.
Sale items, special orders, skincare, undergarments, holiday items and all consumables are final sale + not eligible for exchange or store credit.
All other items returned within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund. Items returned within 14 days are eligible for exchange or in-store credit only. Items must be in sellable condition with original packaging and tags in place. Damaged/defective items will be dealt with at our discretion.
